11% increase in GST collection in Chhattisgarh, figure exceeds thousand crores in September

RaipurThe effect of better business in urban and rural areas of Chhattisgarh is clearly visible on the GST revenue of the state. In the month of September of the financial year 2024-25, the state has received GST Revenue of Rs 1073.97 crore, which is 11 percent more than last year.

The GST received by the state is continuously increasing in the financial year 2024-25. In September 24, the state received revenue of Rs 614.35 crore from Chhattisgarh SGST and Rs 459.62 crore from Apportionment of IGST. In this way, the state got a revenue of Rs 1073.97 crore under the GST Act in September.

In September 23, Chhattisgarh had received revenue of Rs 625.29 crore from SGST and Rs 339.19 crore from Apportionment of IGST. In this way, there has been an increase of Rs 109.49 crore in GST received in September 24 as compared to last year. This amount shows a growth of 11 percent.

7190 crores received in six months

State GST received Rs 7190.26 crore under GST in the first half of the financial year 2024-25. This amount shows a growth of 13 percent compared to last year. From April to September 2024, the state has received Rs 4242.39 crore from Chhattisgarh SGST. Rs 2947.87 crore has been received from apportionment of IGST.
