Maliwal said the party had accepted Kumar’s assault on him but took a ‘U-turn’ after two days. Maliwal made this comment after AAP leader Atishi addressed reporters.

Atishi had said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had hatched a conspiracy to implicate Kejriwal in the assault case. He said that the face of this ‘conspiracy’ is Maliwal and the allegations made by him against Kumar are ‘baseless’. Maliwal said in a post on ‘X’, “The leaders who came to the party yesterday declared the 20-year-old worker an agent of the BJP. “Two days ago the party had accepted the whole truth and today it took a U-turn.” AAP leader and MP Sanjay Singh had said on Tuesday that the incident that happened with Maliwal is highly condemnable. He had claimed that Kumar had ‘misbehaved’ with Maliwal.

Without taking Kumar’s name, Maliwal said, “This goon is threatening the party that if he is arrested, he will reveal all the secrets.” That is why from Lucknow to everywhere he is roaming in shelters.” He said, “Today, under his pressure, the party accepted defeat and my character was questioned by the entire party for saving a goon. No problem, I have been fighting alone for the women of the entire country, I will fight for myself too. Do severe character assassination, when the time comes, the whole truth will come out!” Delhi Police has registered an FIR against Kumar for allegedly assaulting Maliwal at the Chief Minister’s official residence. Atishi said that Kumar has also filed a police complaint against Maliwal.

After the alleged CCTV footage of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence surfaced, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Swati Maliwal said on Friday that the ‘political hitman’ has started efforts to save himself. In the 52-second video, Maliwal is seen arguing with the security personnel at the Chief Minister’s residence.

Without naming anyone, Maliwal wrote on the social media platform ‘X’, “Like every time, this time too this ‘political hitman’ has started trying to save himself.” Maliwal said on ‘X’, “He thinks that after committing this crime, he will save himself by getting his people to tweet and sharing contextless videos. Does someone make a video of beating someone? The truth will be in front of everyone as soon as the CCTV footage inside the house and the room is examined.”

In the purported video, security personnel can be heard requesting Maliwal to leave the room while Maliwal can be heard saying, “I will eat your job too, if you touch me.” In the video that surfaced, Maliwal says that she has called the police control room and will wait till the police arrives. Maliwal can be heard saying, “I will tell everyone.” Let me talk to my DCP (Deputy Commissioner of Police).” According to the video, Maliwal challenges the security personnel to “throw him out” while one of the personnel says he will not take such action.

Attaching a media report related to the video, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) said in a post on ‘X’, “Swati Maliwal’s truth.” Responding to the party’s post, AAP MLA Dilip Pandey, in a Hindi post on ‘X’, said, “Even the faint light of the lamp of truth is enough to erase the deepest darkness of Swati’s lies and arrogance. First decide who is loyal, then time will decide who is the traitor?”

Kejriwal should apologize on Maliwal episode: Sitharaman

Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday criticized Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for not speaking on the issue of alleged attack on Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Swati Maliwal and said he instead ‘shamelessly’ spoke to accused Bibhav Kumar. are walking.
