When asked about the demand of Congress and its leader Rahul Gandhi to conduct caste census at the national level, Kharge said, “We had also said during the Lok Sabha elections that further action will have to be taken after taking opinion from all the states.” ”

Asked whether the much-awaited Socio-Economic and Education Survey report would be implemented in Karnataka, he said, “Ask the state leaders about it.” Also known by the name.

State Home Minister G Parameshwara had said on Sunday that the government has decided to place the caste census report before the Cabinet, where it will be discussed and the further course of action will be decided.
