Raipur: The bugle of Raipur South by-election has been saved. With the announcement of the date, political parties, especially BJP and Congress, have started preparing for the elections in full swing. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has given a confident statement regarding the by-election. He said that we consider this election as a challenge. One should not consider the other person weak. Raipur South seat belongs to Bharatiya Janata Party, Brijmohan Aggarwal has won 8 consecutive times. Won the assembly elections in 2023 by a huge margin. Certainly BJP will win this seat with huge votes.

The nomination process will start from October 18. The last date for nomination will be 25th October. Scrutiny of nomination papers will take place on October 28. The last date for withdrawal of nominations is 30th October.
