The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet against Canada-based pro-Khalistan terrorist Arshdeep Singh and his three associates for their involvement in a conspiracy to carry out terrorist attacks in different parts of Punjab and Delhi. The anti-terrorism agency gave this information on Tuesday.

It said that this action is a major success in the NIA’s efforts to dismantle the ‘sleeper cell’ operated by Singh alias ‘Arsh Dala for carrying out terrorist attacks in various parts of Punjab and Delhi. The statement issued by the agency said, “A special case of NIA based in New Delhi has been registered against Arshdeep Singh alias Arsh Dala, living in Canada, and his Indian henchmen Harjeet Singh alias Harry Maur, Ravinder Singh alias Rajvinder Singh alias Harry Rajpura and Rajeev Kumar alias Sheela. “The charge sheet was filed before the court on Monday.” The three associates were running a big terrorist-gangster gang in India on the instructions of Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) terrorist Dala.

The NIA said the accused Maur and Rajpura were operating as a ‘sleeper cell’ and were being sheltered by Rajeev Kumar and the trio conspired to carry out multiple terror attacks on the instructions of Dala and with the funds received from him. Was. The statement said that Maur and Rajpura were the shooters of the gang and were assigned the task of carrying out targeted killings, while Rajeev Kumar alias Sheela was receiving money from Arsh Dala for harboring Harry Maur and Harry Rajpura.

The NIA investigation also revealed that on the instructions of Dala, Rajiv Kumar was also arranging logistical support and weapons for the other two. The NIA arrested Maur and Rajpura on November 23, 2023 and Kumar on January 12, 2024.
