New Delhi: Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri on Wednesday accused the Aam Aadmi Party government of not implementing major schemes of the Narendra Modi government at the Center including Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Ayushman Bharat in the national capital.
Addressing a press conference, Puri also alleged that the Arvind Kejriwal government created hurdles in the implementation of the metro project at every stage. Delhi Metro is currently implementing projects under Phase IV.
The Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister said his ministry has implemented projects worth Rs 53,000 crore in the national capital.
The BJP leader criticized Kejriwal for maintaining silence over the alleged attack on Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar at her residence. Voting is to be held in the sixth phase in Delhi on May 25.
