Deoghar. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president J.P. Nadda on Wednesday accused the ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) of protecting forces involved in ‘love jihad’, ‘land jihad’ and ‘infiltration jihad’. Nadda alleged that forces supported by the ruling government are oppressing tribal women and usurping their land. This comes a day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed that the ruling coalition in the state is supporting infiltration and a major crisis is looming over Jharkhand.
BJP chief Nadda alleged in an election rally in Deoghar, “The government which came to power on issues like water, forest, land has become involved in protecting the forces active in ‘land jihad and love jihad’. They (such forces) are luring tribal girls… This (government) is promoting the ‘jihad’ of infiltrators. Looting of sand and land is at its peak. Do you want such a government to continue.” He also alleged that leaders like Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi are involved in Muslim appeasement by snatching tribal reservation. He said, “Rahul Gandhi keeps a copy of the Constitution with him, but never reads it.”
Nadda said, “Rahul Gandhi should answer why the tribal/dalit reservation was snatched away four times in Andhra Pradesh and given to Muslims… I want an answer why you snatched OBC reservation twice in Karnataka and gave it to Muslims… This is unconstitutional.” He alleged that the corrupt JMM-Congress leaders who looted the public’s money will be sent to jail. He said, “Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, P. Chidambaram, (Arvind) Kejriwal, Lalu Prasad, TMC leaders, DMK leaders are on bail. Hemant (Soren), (Manish) Sisodia, Satyendra Jain are in jail.
Nadda asked whether people would vote for such corrupt leaders. He said that Prime Minister Modi has started many development initiatives in the last 10 years. The BJP leader said, “40 percent of the world’s digital transactions now take place in India. Congress and JMM used to make fun of these initiatives of Prime Minister Modi.” Nadda said that the country’s economy has reached the fifth position in the world.
