New Delhi. Telugu film superstar Allu Arjun released the trailer of his upcoming film ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ in Patna on Sunday. Arjun expressed his gratitude to his fans who came in large numbers to the program. ‘Pushpa 2’ has been directed by Sukumar and apart from Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil will also be seen in important roles.
‘Pushpa 2’ is the much-awaited sequel of the 2021 film ‘Pushpa: The Rise’. The trailer of the film was released at a packed Gandhi Maidan in Patna, the capital of Bihar. Rashmika was also present on this occasion. This was Allu Arjun’s first visit to Bihar.
Addressing the fans, the actor said, “I am grateful to all of you for your love and warm welcome.”
Referring to the dialogue from his popular film, the National Award-winning actor said, “Pushpa will never bow down, but today for the first time, I will bow down for your love. Thank you Patna, you gave me a lot of love.” Before the release of the film’s trailer, a stampede-like situation occurred at the venue, after which the police had to resort to mild lathicharge to control the crowd. ‘Pushpa 2’ will hit the theaters on December 5.
