Deoghar (Jharkhand). Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Sunday claimed that Bangladeshi infiltrators are posing a threat to the ‘Sanatan culture’ of Jharkhand. He accused the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) led government of being neck deep in corruption and looting the people.
Addressing an election rally in Deoghar, Yadav said, “Bangladeshi infiltrators are posing a threat not only to our land and women but also to Sanatan culture. They want to destroy our culture.” He alleged that the JMM-led alliance had formed the government in Jharkhand in 2019 by making ‘false promises’ of giving jobs and gold coins.
Yadav said, “The state government is deep in corruption and has committed a land scam of Rs 1,000 crore and MNREGA scam of Rs 1,000 crore. It is shameful that the Chief Minister went to jail on corruption charges.” Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, while appealing to the voters of Jharkhand to oust the JMM-led government from power, said that once the BJP government is formed in the state, women will be given financial assistance of Rs 2,100 every month under the ‘Gogo Didi’ scheme. He said that if the BJP government is formed, 2.87 lakh vacant government posts will be filled in the state. Voting for the 81-member Jharkhand Assembly will be held in two phases on November 13 and 20 and the counting of votes will be done on November 23.
