Big news: Satish Jaggi said – threat to life of family, sought protection from government…

Raipur. Congress leader and late Satish Jaggi, son of Ramavatar Jaggi, said, I and my family are in danger to my life. I have sought protection from the government. Because I have to constantly go out for court work. And everyone knows which influential class the people against whom I am fighting the legal battle belong to.

Satish Jaggi said, my father was politically murdered. And there was a deep conspiracy behind the murder. Many people of criminal nature including big political figures have been involved in this murder. The family members have been fighting the legal battle regarding this matter continuously since 2003.

Our fight that has been going on for 21 years is not over yet. The High Court has given the decision in our favor. And the life sentence of the 27 accused named in this case has been maintained. The accused who are currently out on bail will have to go back to jail. But Amit Jogi, who was accused in this case, was acquitted by the court. The fight against them is also going on.

Who was behind the murder? On whose instructions was the conspiracy hatched? On whose instructions was the shot fired? Answers to all these questions are yet to be found. They know but the answer to this question will come through the court. Justice will be given. For the sake of justice, he has filed a petition against Amit Jogi in the High Court. Notice was also sent to Amit Jogi from the court. There will be a hearing in this matter soon. The allegations made by the Jaggi family against Amit Jogi will be proved in the court. The latest decision from the High Court will help.

Let us tell you that on June 4, 2003, the NCP leader was shot dead. 31 accused were made in this case, out of which two Baltu Pathak and Surendra Singh became government witnesses. And except one Amit Jogi, the remaining 28 people were punished, after which the accused filed an appeal in the High Court challenging the decision of the lower court. High Court Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha and Justice Arvind Verma Division Bench have upheld the life imprisonment sentence. Those sentenced to life imprisonment include two then CSPs and one then police station in-charge, apart from Yahya Dhebar and shooter Chiman Singh.
