Bilaspur: SP Rajnesh Singh took a meeting of the organizing committees of Raas Garba, Jagrata, Dandiya organized during Navratri festival. During this, he talked about keeping traditions in mind during the event. Also directed to impose a complete ban on any kind of indecent songs and dance.
The SP informed the members of the organizing committee about the guidelines of the High Court and the government. He said, use sound devices as per the guidelines of the court and administration. It will be the responsibility of each committee to keep the traffic smooth and the parking system in order. Make arrangements for adequate lighting at the event venue and parking. People involved in criminal activities should be identified through volunteers and should not be allowed entry into the program.
SP said, security and CCTV cameras are mandatory. Instructions were given to keep fire brigade and ambulance deployed for emergency services. Said to take action against the organizers for not following the guidelines. ASP Umesh Kashyap, Civil Line CSP Umesh Prasad Gupta, Kotwali CSP Pooja Kumar, SDM Piyush Tiwari and city police station incharge were present in the meeting.
