Brits and Kapp hit half centuries, South Africa scored 189 runs for four wickets

Chennai. South Africa posted a challenging score of 189 for four against India in the first T20 International here on Friday with the help of half-centuries from Tajmin Brits (81 runs) and Marijne Kapp (57 runs). Brits and Kapp shared a 96-run partnership for the second wicket. Apart from them, captain Laura Wolvaardt contributed 33 runs. For India, Pooja Vastrakar and Radha Yadav took two wickets each.
