Lucknow: A speeding car went out of control and collided with another vehicle moving ahead on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway in Kakori police station area of Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, resulting in the death of three people. Police gave this information.
Deputy Commissioner of Police West Omvir Singh told reporters on Saturday that at around 12.30 am on Friday night, a car went out of control on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway and rammed into another vehicle (trailer) moving ahead, due to which the car was badly damaged and it was injured. Only three of the five people on board died.
Singh said that the deceased have been identified as Shashank Rathore (24), Shivam Yadav (24) and Anuj Rathore (24). According to him, two other passengers in the car were seriously injured in this accident and are undergoing treatment.
According to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, according to him all of them were coming from Farrukhabad by car. He said that the family members have been informed. Other necessary legal action is being taken.
