For 2 consecutive days, police officers and employees have prepared a list of absconding warrantees within the police station area and formed teams at the police station level, through which raids were conducted to collect information from active informers and arrest the absconding warrantees of Digar district.

In particular, the addresses of warrantees who had been absconding for many years were also searched and raids were carried out. Warrantees involved in serious crimes (theft, robbery under section 420 etc.) were arrested. Korba Police served 50 permanent warrants and 93 arrest warrants, a total of 143 warrants. Two accused, who were absconding for 37 years and 32 years, were arrested by Balco police station and sent to jail. The accused who was absconding for 15 years was arrested by Chowki Manikpur and sent to jail.
