Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai honored six litterateurs who enriched the Chhattisgarhi language by presenting them shawls, quinces and mementos in a program organized on the occasion of Chhattisgarhi Official Language Day. He also released 12 books written in Chhattisgarhi language published by Chhattisgarh Official Language Commission. The program was presided over by MP Brijmohan Aggarwal. Padd. Surendra Dubey and Dr. Ramendranath Mishra were present in the program as special guests.
Chief Minister Sai, in the program, honored 6 senior litterateurs who have contributed in enriching the Chhattisgarhi language – Surjit Navdeep of Dhamtari, Dr. Ramendranath Mishra of Raipur, Puneet Guruvansh of Dhamtari, Dr. Sukhdev Ram Sahu Saras of Raipur, Shivbrat Singh Pawle of Surguja, Dantewada. Mrs. Shakuntala Shende was honored by presenting her shawl, quince and memento.
In the programme, the Chief Minister read Dr. P.C. Lal Yadav’s book “Lorik Chanda”, Sushil Bhole’s book “Konda-Bhaira Ke Goth”, Anil Jangde’s work “Chahkat Chiraiya”, Dr. Jai Bharti. Chandrakar’s book “Chhattisgarhi Mahila Kalamkar Le Muhanchahi”, Sevakram Bandhe’s book “Dokri Dai Ke Kahini”, Girwar Das Manikpuri’s book “Girwar Goth Geet”. Ghazal”, Dr. Shailchandra’s book ”Godavari”, Dr. Kishan Tandon’s book ”Kathva”, Omprakash Sahu’s book ”Purkha Ke Surta”, Loknath Sahu Lalkar’s book ”Purkhauti”, Released Dhaneshwari Soni Gul’s book “Riya Ke Chai”, Amoldas Tandon’s book “Saunjiya Ke Din Bahurenge”.
