Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai paid tribute to Swami Vivekananda on his death anniversary

Raipur: CM Vishnu Dev Sai today paid his respects to the pioneer of the era and the source of inspiration for the youth, Swami Vivekananda, on his death anniversary at the Chief Minister’s residence office. Mr. Sai said that Swamiji introduced the entire world to Indian philosophy and spirituality and showed the path to the welfare of humanity. Chhattisgarh has adopted the liberal, practical and reformist principles of Swamiji.

Swami ji spent some time of his childhood in Raipur, this is a matter of pride for Chhattisgarh. Today Chhattisgarh is moving ahead with the path and principles shown by Swami ji. It is worth mentioning that Swami Vivekananda represented India in the World Religion Conference held in Chicago, America in 1893. He founded the Ramakrishna Mission. He was a disciple of the great saint Shri Ramakrishna Paramhansa.
