On the occasion of Teej, Pora Tihar, Chhattisgarhi cuisine has been specially prepared for the sisters who reached the Chief Minister’s residence. Here, traditional food has been prepared for Karu Bhaat for the mother and sisters.
In which bitter gourd gram, khekshi, kadhai paneer, potato peas tomato, kadhi pakora, dal fry, rice, roti, puri, desi vada, potato chaap, chilli pakora, 2 types of chutney, gulab jamun, gram flour barfi, pickle, papad, salad have been arranged.
Women who came to celebrate Teej Pora festival at the Chief Minister’s residence received lac bangles as a gift from their brother Vishnu on behalf of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai. The artisans who came here are preparing bangles of their size and giving them to the sisters.
