New Delhi: President Draupadi Murmu on Friday said the death of people in road accidents in Uttar Pradesh is ‘extremely painful’. Ten people were killed and three others injured when a tractor trolley and a truck carrying workers collided in Mirzapur district early on Friday, police said.
The President posted on the social media platform ‘X’ and said, “The news of the death of several people in a road accident in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh is extremely painful. In this hour of grief, I express my deepest condolences to the bereaved loved ones and pray for the speedy recovery of those injured.
