New Delhi: A Delhi court on Friday ordered the release of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal after the Supreme Court granted him bail in the alleged scam case related to the excise policy.
Special Judge Rakesh Syal passed the order after Kejriwal’s lawyers submitted a bail bond of Rs 10 lakh and two sureties of the same amount before the court.
The court also accepted the request of defence lawyers that the release order be sent through a special officer for the early release of Kejriwal.
