Raipur. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma today interacted directly with the villagers of Jarhatola, Jamgaon, Amgaon, Tilaibhat and Pedritarai villages of Sahaspur Lohara development block of Kabirdham district. During this, he listened carefully to the demands, problems and complaints of the villagers and immediately fulfilled many of their demands and announced development works worth Rs 80 lakh. Deputy Chief Minister Sharma gave the gift of various development works on the demand of the villagers.

Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma, while fulfilling the demand of the villagers during public relations, announced Rs. 10 lakh for community hall in village Jamgaon, Rs. 3 lakh for kitchen shed in primary school, Rs. 5 lakh for CC road and Rs. 3 lakh for construction of Jyoti Kalash room. He announced Rs. 5 lakh for cultural platform in village Jarhatola, Rs. 5 lakh for leveling of Gothan, BMW road from Jarhatola to Khalewara Khar, culvert construction work from NREGA. Deputy Chief Minister Sharma, while fulfilling the demand of the villagers during public relations in village Amgaon, announced Rs. 10 lakh for community hall, Rs. 6 lakh for community toilet, Rs. 4 lakh for leveling of Gothan and Rs. 3 lakh for construction of platform. In village Tilaibhat, Rs. 18 lakh for returning wall, Rs. 5 lakh for CC road and Rs. 3 lakh for cultural platform were announced.

Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma interacted directly with the villagers while doing public relations in various villages of Lohara block of Kabirdham district. He listened to the problems and suggestions of the villagers and informed them about the schemes and developmental aspects of the government. On this occasion, he also assured to take concrete steps to solve local problems. He said that the main objective of the government is to rapidly advance development in rural areas so that basic facilities can be easily available to every citizen. He told that in the coming time, major improvements are being made in road, electricity, water and health services in rural areas. Apart from this, schemes related to agriculture and employment will also be implemented more effectively so that rural youth can get better employment opportunities. He also said that development is possible only with the participation of the public, so everyone has to work together.

Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma said that the aim of the government is to ensure the overall development of rural areas. He said that the problems of the villagers are being resolved on priority and all basic facilities are being improved.
