Renu Aggarwal, Dhar. Madhya Pradesh The team of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has reached Bhojshala in Dhar district for survey. With the first rays of sunrise, security personnel were deployed outside the Bhojshala premises. Late last night, a team of about 15 ASI members had reached Bhojshala for scientific investigation. ASI officials had held a meeting with top officials of Dhar district administration and police on Thursday.

To cooperate with the Archaeological Survey of India, a team of 21 people, which is also from ASI, has reached the Bhojshala complex.

The security arrangements outside the Bhojshala premises are tight. About 100 police personnel have been deployed. Superintendent of Police Manoj Kumar Singh said that the survey has started in Bhojshala. There are tight security arrangements. Three-tier security has been imposed. Police are deployed at every nook and corner in the city also.

5 member team will survey the banquet hall

Let us tell you that on March 11, Indore High Court, after hearing the petition of the organization Hindu Front for Justice, had issued orders to conduct a scientific survey of Bhojshala. In this, a 5-member team will survey the banquet hall. This survey is to be conducted at different points. For this, the Additional Director General of ASI has issued. In this, the police and administration have been asked to provide security for the survey team.

Survey is to be done on these points

  1. Survey and excavation of the entire premises of Bhojshala will be done using scientific method.
  2. Order to conduct excavation and survey using GPS GPR technology along with carbon dating and other new technologies.
  3. Survey will be conducted up to a distance of 50 meters from the boundary wall of the Bhojshala complex.
  4. The survey will be conducted under the supervision of a committee of senior ASI officials.
  5. Videography of excavation and survey will be done.
  6. There will be a detailed survey of all the closed rooms, open premises and all the pillars of the complex.
  7. Orders to submit excavation survey report within 2 months.
