Raipur. Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University has become frustrated with the performance of students since the Corona period. Students are failing in the second attempt even in subjects considered relatively easy like Home Science. On Monday, Ravi Vishwavidyalaya declared the exam results of all three years of BSc Home Science. Ravi Vishwavidyalaya had conducted the first year supplementary exam for only 2 students, they also failed. The second year exam was held for 7 students. Out of these, 6 passed, while one had to be placed in the supplementary category again.
Apart from this, the third year examination was conducted for 9 students. Out of these, only 6 could pass. The remaining 3 have again come in the supplementary category. For the students who could not pass the examination, supplementary examinations will be conducted again by Ravi Vishwavidyalaya. National Education Policy has been implemented by Ravi Vishwavidyalaya from the current session. It is mandatory for the students enrolled in the old syllabus to take the examination according to the same syllabus. In such a situation, Ravi Vishwavidyalaya will have to conduct examinations on both the new and old patterns. This will double the cost from setting the question paper to other things.

Resolving copycat cases
The results of the annual examinations held by Ravi Vishwavidyalaya in March-April have already been released. At that time, the results of those students against whom cheating cases were registered were withheld. Now, after resolving these cheating cases, the results are being declared by the university. Action is being taken on serious cheating cases, while the mark sheets of the students are being released after hearing the other cases. On Monday, the pending results of many subjects including BA, BCom, MA Hindi, MSc Home Science were declared.
Semester exams in December
Semester examinations will be conducted by Ravi Vishwavidyalaya in the month of December. Along with postgraduate courses, examinations of undergraduate classes are also going to be conducted on semester basis this time. In such a situation, Ravi Vishwavidyalaya has planned to start preparations for this in advance, so that complete arrangements can be made. Applications for this can start from next month or November.
