Dhamtari. Even before the World Environment Day, students of Higher Secondary School Katalbod in Dhamtari district of Chhattisgarh have taken a pledge to protect nature. Efforts are being made to stay close to nature and protect it with small hands. Even before the Environment Day, Sahu couple has distributed 250 papaya plants in the Katalbod educational camp.
This plant was distributed by Sahu Samaj Parikshetra Banagar Employee Cell. 5 June is World Environment Day. Prior to this, 250 students and teachers and community members gave a message of environmental protection to the world in the educational guidance camp summer camp organized by Sahu Samaj in Higher Secondary School Katalbod. All the students took an oath to protect the environment, water, land and animals.
Explained the importance of environment to the students
This inspiring initiative was taken by the Sahu couple Tumanchand and Ranjita Sahu. Their main objective is to tell the students about the importance of the environment and an effort is being made to understand the economic and medicinal importance along with the conservation of nature. Through this program, children will be able to learn responsibility and duty through their small efforts. They will be inspired towards organic farming and will be able to play a bigger role later. An effort is being made to stay close to nature and preserve it with small hands.
