Navapara Rajim. A delegation of farmers from Rajim Navapara of Chhattisgarh met Lok Sabha MP Brijmohan Agarwal. During this, the farmers expressed their views regarding non-registration of land. MP Agarwal has assured to solve the problem of the farmers soon. The farmers have been wandering from door to door for 32 years for the registration of land.
Actually this whole matter is of Champaran. Where even after 32 years, the farmers are still wandering for the registration of their purchased land. Ichchha Ram Sahu, Tukaram Sahu, Asharam Sahu, Narsingh Dhimar, Rungu Ram Sahu, Dhansar, Bhukhan Sahu, Shanti Bhai Sahu, Bihari Sahu, Lookuram Sahu of Champaran had purchased agricultural land from Shri Mahaprabhu Ji Prakatya Baithak Ji Trust in 1992. Since then the purchased farmers are occupying the land and doing farming.
Memorandum submitted to the collector
A delegation of farmers led by BJP leader Tikam Chand Sahu met the Raipur Lok Sabha MP and gave detailed information about the matter. After which the minister immediately spoke to the collector and ordered him to resolve the issue. After this, the farmers went to the collector’s office and submitted a memorandum. During this time, BJP leader Tikam Chand Sahu, Rikhi Nishad, Prem Lal Sahu, Pyari Sahu, Omprakash Tarak, Virendra Sahu, Khilendra Sahu, Yogendra Sahu, Yogesh Sahu, Ramnarayan Sahu, Dushyant Kumar Sahu were present along with the buyer farmers.
