Chennai: A fire broke out in the chemical warehouse of the electronic equipment factory of Tata Electronics Private Limited in Tamil Nadu in the early hours of Saturday. Police gave this information. Police said there were no casualties in the incident.

The company said in a statement, “An unfortunate incident of fire has occurred at our plant located in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Our protocols to deal with emergency situations at the plant ensured the safety of all our employees. The cause of the fire is being investigated and we will take necessary action to protect the interests of our employees and other stakeholders.
