New Delhi. The first Chhattisgarh Green Conference will be organized in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, from October 3 to 5, which aims to promote environmental sustainability and include folk traditions in the development process. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will inaugurate the summit, while Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap will be the chief guest. Organized by the Chhattisgarh Forest and Climate Change Department, the summit will organize sessions on relationships between forests and communities, Indian forestry and ecosystem services.
