To make Pahadi Namak, you have to put 50 grams of garlic leaves, 10 grams of green coriander, 10 grams of mint, 5 green chillies, 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon celery, 5 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of black salt, 1 tablespoon of turmeric on a grinding stone and grind it till it becomes coarse. After grinding this salt, keep it in the sun for 12-15 hours and dry it thoroughly and store it in a glass jar. You can store and use this salt at room temperature for up to a year.
