Considering this tradition and its success, 21 children have been sent to Bhilai for livelihood training. With the joint efforts of ATR Management Lormi and ICICI Livelihood Foundation Bhilai, children have been successfully sent for quarterly training for the third time. In the Livelihood Training Institute located in Bhilai, children are trained in 5 important courses, in which they are given uniforms and tool kits related to the courses. Which is completely free.

At the same time, arrangements for accommodation, food, pocket money etc. of the trainee children are made completely free of cost by ATR Management Lormi. In today's times, it is difficult to get employment. At the same time, providing easy and free employment to the tribal children of remote villages of ATR is proving to be a better effort. If such efforts continue, it will not only solve the employment problem but will also help in better management of forests and wildlife.

This effort of ATR management is a good example and positive initiative to ensure community stewardship in community forestry and protected area management.
