Raipur. Governor Ramen Deka today attended a program organized by Terapanth Professional Forum Raipur on the topic ‘Good Life-Good Luck’. On this occasion, he said that joy and happiness in life are in our hands. One can be happy even with less facilities. Time management is also very important.
Governor Ramen Deka, while sharing his views in a special discourse program based on experience and astrology in the presence of Munisudhakar and Muninresh Kumar Ji, said that the world is a stage in which everyone has a defined role, which they have to play. We also have to think about society. Instead of thinking about what society has given us, we should think about what we are giving to society.
Deka said that we also have to be aware about environmental protection and water conservation. Stop wastage of water and promote water harvesting system. It is necessary to maintain a balance between population and environment. Simple life is very difficult in the present era. Money is important for us only as much as it is needed for food, illness and hospitality. Unnecessary competition has to be avoided. Attention has to be paid to the right use of modern technology. He said that excessive use of mobile is harmful.
Deka said that today, when we are living in the digital age, we have to face many challenges. The secret of our success is to move in the right direction amidst social media, extreme competition, and changing social values. We should develop our talent and skills by making good use of new technologies and means. Along with this, we should remember that the real beauty of life lies in our moral values and self-satisfaction.
Deka said that “Good Life” is a journey, not a destination. It is a coordination of our thoughts, deeds and relationships. “Good luck” becomes our companion when we adopt honesty, dedication, and positive attitude in this journey. So, always do good deeds, move in the right direction, and your good luck will automatically be with you.
On this occasion, Acharya Sudhakar Muni also shared his thoughts related to life. Officers of Terapanth Forum and women and men of Jain community were present in large numbers in the program.
