These food items should not be included at all in the morning Sargi from the night before Karva Chauth. Otherwise you will suffer from thirst throughout the day.
high salt foods
If you include things with more salt in your morning sargi, it makes you feel thirsty more quickly. Because sodium absorbs the water present in the body rapidly. Due to which one feels more thirsty. If you eat too much salt in Sargi then you may remain troubled due to thirst throughout the day.
deep fried foods

Eating such sweets which contain fat as well as sweetness like Khove sweets, Balushahi, Malpua, Rabdi can also make one feel more thirsty.
