Union Minister Kiren Rijiju has launched a scathing attack on Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, calling him immature. Rijiju said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is ‘immature’, and no one can become a leader by defaming India abroad.
Speaking to reporters, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju said the Mahayuti alliance will easily win the November 20 Maharashtra elections as the Congress-led opposition’s fake narrative will not work. Let us tell you that the BJP-supported grand alliance includes Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena and Ajit Pawar-led NCP.
Rahul Gandhi has been exposed – Rijiju
Congress leader accuses BJP of dividing people on the basis of caste and community The Union Minister said that it is Rahul Gandhi who has been involved in such acts throughout his political career. Now, he has been exposed, Rijiju claimed. Recently, in a rally addressed by him in Nagpur, copies of the Constitution were distributed, but their pages were blank. Due to this he has become even more exposed.
Taking aim at Rahul Gandhi, the Union Minister said, I respect him because he holds the constitutional post of leader of the opposition (in the Lok Sabha). However, from a political point of view, he displays immaturity. Congress has launched and relaunched him several times, but he still lacks maturity. He said, no one can become a leader by defaming India abroad.
When Rijiju was asked whether Priyanka Gandhi contesting the by-election from Wayanad Lok Sabha seat in Kerala is an indication that she is being promoted at the expense of Rahul Gandhi. On this, Rijiju said, with my experience in Parliament, I can say that Congress is not likely to move forward under his (Rahul’s) leadership. Perhaps that is why Priyanka Gandhi is being contested. But one thing is clear that for Congress the (Gandhi) family comes first. At the same time, for BJP the country comes first.
