Man arrested for helping 22 Pakistani nationals settle in Karnataka

Bengaluru. Police have arrested a man named Parvez for helping 22 Pakistani nationals with Hindu names settle and shelter them in Bengaluru and other parts of Karnataka. Police sources gave this information on Tuesday. Recently, four members of a family, who were Pakistani nationals, were arrested in Jigani on the outskirts of Bengaluru. After their arrest and interrogation, three more Pakistani nationals were arrested here in Peenya.

Sources said that during interrogation, presence of some Pakistanis was also revealed in Davanagere district and they have also been detained. During the investigation of the case, the police came to know that Parvez was helping these Pakistanis to obtain all the documents in their changed names. He told that investigation is being done in the matter.
