New technique of black marketing of fertilizers: Embezzlement is happening under the guise of finger matching of farmers, codes are being written on the back of the slip, Collector took cognizance

Tanveer Khan, Maihar. After sowing Rabi season crops, farmers have started demanding urea. Amidst this demand, the employees of Madhya Pradesh State Cooperative Marketing Association found a strange way of fraud. Under the pretext of finger mismatch, slips for higher quantity are being issued in the name of other farmers and later, after writing lesser quantity with a pen, they are being given fertilizer and sent away. In such a situation, the big question is who is depositing the maximum amount of money. Is any game being played by traders in the name of farmers? At present, in this matter the departmental officers are making excuses of not receiving complaints from the farmers.

MP Accident Breaking: Painful road accident, three including 3 year old innocent died on the spot after two bikes collided

The matter is of Derajnagar in Maihar district, where Madhya Pradesh State Cooperative Marketing Association Limited is the operator here in Derajnagar of Madhya Pradesh. It is said that the slip from the POS machine is taken out by this operator. Who later records the quantity to be given to the farmers on the back of the slip. After this, only that quantity from the stock is given to the farmer as is recorded on the back of the slip.

When Lalluram.com team talked to the computer operator in this matter, he refused to say anything. He closed the door of his office there. After this, looking at the camera, to save himself, he replied that if a farmer's finger is not found, then we give him the excess manure. Now the question is that when fertilizer is not to be given without applying fingers, then the extracted fertilizer is not being black marketed.

Urea slip was issued in the name of Brajlal Singh Vais, resident of Devdaha, Ramnagar. 20 bags were registered in the POS machine. Whose rate was Rs 5330. In the same slip, three bags of urea were given by hand writing. Where did the 17 bags of urea mentioned in this slip go? In the name of which farmers was this arrangement made? Is the operator playing this game in collusion with any private shop?

Farmers of Gorhai also came to the marketing association of Devrajnagar to collect fertilizer. He also needed three bags of fertilizer. A slip for 15 bags of fertilizer was issued in his name. Three bags with many handwritten letters on the back of the slip. Where did their 12 bags of fertilizer go? Neither the department official nor anyone else has any information about which farmer's finger was not found.

Galhari farmer Ramakant Patel had also arrived to collect fertiliser. Slips for 15 bags of urea were also issued in his name. Whereas they were given only three bags of fertilizer. It was not clear how much money was taken from them, but the amount of three bags written on the back of the slip indicates that some game was definitely taking place here too.

The way the operator of Madhya Pradesh State Cooperative Marketing Federation Limited Devrajnagar cuts more slips and gives less fertilizer, the fear is that this fertilizer is being consumed in the market. On the condition of anonymity, the farmers said that this entire game is being done in the name of farmers so that no one can catch it in the investigation. Now it has to be seen here whether the department officials will confirm with the operator that how many farmers who did not get their fingers reached them and how will they prove this?

What kind of law is this? Thieves broke the lock of the shop and stole batteries, despite CCTV footage and written complaint, police did not register FIR

Anand Dwivedi, operator of Madhya Pradesh State Cooperative Marketing Association Maryadit Devrajnagar, claimed that they do this for the convenience of farmers who do not have finger matching. In such a situation, evidence should be taken as to how many farmers who did not have finger matching reached them. When most of the farmers here are taking two to three bags of urea, then why do the farmers who do not have finger matching require 17 and 12 bags of urea?

In this entire matter, Maihar Collector Rani Batad said that she will send SDM to the spot and get the investigation done, whoever is found guilty, action will be taken. Here SDEO Vishnu Tripathi said that there are instructions to give fertilizer through POS machine only. It is completely inappropriate to write with a pen. As is being said, no complaint was made by any farmer. If this is happening then this matter will be investigated.
