Information through email and SMS
The special thing is that in this new system, it has been provided that the information will be sent from the office of the presiding officer on the digital contact medium, email or SMS, available in the official document of the parties provided by the party and after sending the information, a copy of its digital receipt can be accepted as the service report and uploaded in the case.
These provisions are in the new rules
Applications can be submitted to the revenue courts in electronic, digital form through public service centers and citizen portal. Which will be visible on the portal in the ID of the concerned presiding officer. After receiving such applications, the presiding officer will fix the date of the first hearing. Applications can also be given to the concerned presiding officer or in his absence to the reader of the court personally or through a doctor. After receiving the application, it will be the responsibility of the reader to register it in this e-court management system within 24 hours. As far as possible, the primary hearing will be held on the first day of receiving the application.
That’s why new rules are being made
According to sources in the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, this change is being made because the e-court management system is now being implemented in the revenue courts. This is a new system. Along with this, the reason is also that the number of pending revenue related cases in the state is increasing rapidly. The biggest problem is that due to delay in serving the information in these cases, the hearing process gets delayed. These problems can now be resolved.
