Nutritionist gave advice

Anjali Arora, an active nutritionist on Instagram, has advised pre-diabetic people on everything from diet to workouts. Through which this stage can be reversed.

It is important to lose weight. Being overweight makes it easy to progress from pre-diabetes to diabetes. Therefore, losing weight is of utmost importance.

Make sure to walk for about an hour every day. So that along with controlling weight, blood sugar can be managed.

Do exercises that are anti-gravity such as climbing a slope. This will reduce your diabetes level.

Follow a low glycemic index diet. Eat foods that have a low GI.

Completely reduce the amount of carbohydrates in your diet. These increase blood sugar rapidly which can be dangerous for pre-diabetic people.

Increase the amount of protein in your diet so that you feel full and satisfied.

Include good fats in your diet. Which contains omega 3 fatty acids.

Increase fiber in your diet. Take one spoonful of isabgol husk with water before every meal. This reduces the effect of the glycemic index present in the food.

Along with this, it is important to manage stress.

Take a full eight hours of sleep so that the body and mind get a chance to heal.
