PM Modi Russia Visit: PM Modi on Russia tour, know the reason for meeting Putin!

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday left for a three-day visit to Russia and Austria. Ahead of the visit, PM Modi highlighted India-Russia relations. He said that the special strategic partnership between the two countries has progressed over the last ten years.

Before his Moscow visit, PM Modi said, “I am looking forward to reviewing all aspects of bilateral cooperation with my friend President Vladimir Putin.” Apart from Russia, PM Modi will also visit Austria. He described Austria as a steadfast and reliable partner of India. PM Modi said, “We share the ideals of democracy. I look forward to taking our partnership to greater heights in new areas.”

PM Modi will lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier during his two-day official visit to Russia for the 22nd India-Russia Annual Summit. The Prime Minister will be in Russia and Austria for three days. His visits are an opportunity to deepen ties with countries with which India has time-tested friendship. He said, I am looking forward to interacting with the Indian community living in these countries.
