President Murmu on two-day visit to Chhattisgarh from Friday

Raipur. President Draupadi Murmu will be on a two-day visit to Chhattisgarh from Friday. During this time she will attend the convocation ceremony of four higher education institutions. Officials gave this information on Thursday. Officials said that in view of the President’s program, security has been increased in Raipur and Durg districts. Traffic routes have been changed at many places in these districts.

He told that President Murmu will reach Raipur’s Swami Vivekananda Airport on Friday at 11.10 am and will go to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Raipur, where he is the chief guest at the second convocation ceremony. Officials said that after this the President will go to Raj Bhavan. He told that the President will go to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium on Friday itself, where she will attend the 14th convocation of National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur as the chief guest.

Officials said that later President Murmu Nava will visit Purkhauti Muktangan located in Raipur, where she will talk to the local tribals. Later she will return to Raj Bhavan. He told that the next day on Saturday morning, the President will offer prayers at Jagannath Temple in Gayatri Nagar and will leave for Bhilai (Durg district) by helicopter for other programs.

Officials said that Murmu will be the chief guest at the fourth convocation of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bhilai. After this, the President will return to Raipur and attend the third convocation of Pandit Deendayal Memorial Health Sciences and AYUSH University located in Nava Raipur as the chief guest. He told that the President will leave for Delhi at 5.10 pm on Saturday evening.
