Rahul Gandhi is using ‘Lal Kitab’ to seek help from ‘urban Naxalites’: Fadnavis

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday alleged that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, with ‘Lal Kitab’ in his hand, is trying to seek support from “urban Naxalites and anarchists”. Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi has been displaying abridged versions of the Constitution with red covers during his rallies. During his visit to Nagpur on Wednesday, Gandhi held a red-covered copy of the Constitution and displayed it at an event, where he once again advocated caste census. Assembly elections in the state are to be held on November 20.

When asked about the leader of the opposition demanding caste census in the country, Fadnavis told reporters here on Thursday, “My allegations made two days ago against Rahul Gandhi about his inclination towards ‘urban Naxalites’ have proved true.” Has happened. “He showed Lal Kitab and tried to take help (politically) from urban Naxalites and anarchist elements.” Fadnavis alleged, “Rahul Gandhi was either warning him or asking for help. Rahul Gandhi often keeps doing this kind of drama. He insults the Constitution in some way or the other every day.” The BJP leader claimed that Rahul Gandhi has shown “disrespect” towards the country’s Constitution.
