Police officials said that security forces have arrested two Naxalites Jitendra Sodhi (38) and Beladi Ramachandram (27) from Bhopalpatnam police station area of ​​the district.

He told that as part of the ongoing anti-Naxal operation in the district, security forces were sent on patrol in Bhopalpatnam police station area today, during which the team arrested these two Naxalites near Karkawaya-Meghapur village of the area.
Officials said that the captured Naxalites were involved in the incident of setting fire to vehicles engaged in road construction work on the Poshanapalli-Gorgunda road in the area. He told that the operation against Naxalites is going on in the area.
