Suspended constable Bhim Singh dismissed in Mahadev App case, Durg SP gave this information along with the order…

Raipur, Constable Bhim Singh Yadav, the accused suspended in the Mahadev App case, has been dismissed from service by the Superintendent of Police. Durg Superintendent of Police Jitendra Shukla has mentioned the incident related to the constable in the dismissal order issued on Thursday.

Superintendent of Police Jitendra Shukla said that the Enforcement Directorate, Raipur had arrested constable Bhim Singh Yadav posted at Supela police station in the case of money laundering. The Enforcement Directorate is investigating the online illegal betting website, Mahadev Online Book Viruddh. During the investigation, the involvement of constable Bhim Singh Yadav in the betting operation of Mahadev Online Book has been revealed.

The SP said that the act of the constable confined in the jail is of very serious nature, along with this, it is not reasonably feasible to investigate this act of the constable, because the act of the constable (recently suspended) is under the provision of MP Chhattisgarh Police Regulation. The officer will devote his entire time only to police service. He shall not take part in any trade or business whatsoever, unless he is expressly permitted to do so.

Jitendra Shukla said that in such a situation, considering that it is not appropriate in the department and public interest for the employee to remain in a disciplined department like police, strict action has been taken against him for displaying serious criminal acts, so that the image of high level standards of the department can be maintained in the society. Also, the departmental system should remain strong.

Let us tell you that just before the assembly elections, ED officers had arrested Aseem Das alias Bappa and constable Bhim Singh Yadav from Raipur and Bhilai with about Rs 7 crore. During this period, online accounts worth more than Rs 15 crore were seized.

ED arrested constables Bhim Yadav and Aseem Bappa and presented them in the bench of Ajay Singh Rajput in Raipur court. Constable and Aseem Das are still in judicial custody. Constable Bhim Singh Yadav and his two brothers Constable Nakul Yadav and Sahdev Yadav were found involved in the online Mahadev Satta app since the beginning.
