A bullet was fired at midnight in a high profile club of the capital Raipur. In a mutual dispute, youths under the influence of alcohol not only pointed guns at each other but also fired in the air. This incident created a stir in the entire city. Telibandha police has arrested 4 accused in this entire case.
Questions are being raised regarding policing
After this incident, many questions are being raised regarding policing in the city.. What! Has the fear of police ended among goons and miscreants? What! The party continued till one in the night
Eyewitnesses at Hyper Club said that the party continued till 1 am. Police patrolling used to reach the door of the club, but failed to reach inside. Police personnel reached inside Hyper Club at midnight, but failed to take out people like Rohit Tomar, Vikas Aggarwal, Sagar Mandhan. The police personnel finished their food and went out. After this the miscreants started the party again. There was a dispute in the party, which resulted in a shootout.
The crowd remained in the police station till late night
As soon as information about the shooting was received, there was panic in the police department. The accused were immediately arrested and action was taken. After the entire incident, senior officials reach the spot. But no one pays attention to the arbitrariness before the incident. According to the information, the gathering continued till late night at Telibandha police station. There was an altercation with the officers inside the police station, after which everyone was chased out.

violation of excise rules
There was blatant violation of Excise Department rules in Hyper Club located on VIP Road. Liquor was being served till midnight, flouting the rules of FL5 license of the Excise Department. Due to lack of monitoring by departmental officers, similar rules are flouted in most of the clubs and bars of the city.
