The Uncut

New Delhi: Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Monday hit back at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) over its attacks on the reservation issue, saying no matter how many lies the ‘anti-Bahujan’ BJP spreads, the main opposition party will not allow reservation to be harmed.

While advocating for removal of the 50 percent limit on reservation, Rahul Gandhi also said that getting justice for the Bahujans is his life’s mission.

The BJP and its top leaders are continuously attacking Rahul Gandhi over his statement in the US regarding reservation. I want to tell him that you are not allowed to end reservation for deserving communities.” Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi posted on the social media platform ‘X’ on Monday, “No matter how many lies the anti-Bahujan BJP spreads, we will not let reservation be affected.”

He said, “We will not stop until a comprehensive caste census is done, the 50 percent limit on reservation is removed and every section gets its rights, share and justice and the information obtained from the census becomes the basis of future policies.”
