Balrampur. In Chhattisgarh’s Balrampur district, police have arrested the father of a four-year-old boy for slitting his throat. Police officials gave this information. Officials said that police arrested Kamlesh Nagesia (26) from Mahuadih village under Shankargarh police station area of the district for killing his son Avinash.
He said that Kamlesh’s family informed that on Saturday Kamlesh suddenly started behaving like a mad person. Police said that he started telling the family members that he was hearing strange voices in his ears and he was being asked to sacrifice someone. Police officials said that the family did not pay attention to Kamlesh’s words and after dinner at night everyone went to sleep and Kamlesh’s wife also went to sleep in her room with her two sons.
He told that Kamlesh suddenly woke up at night and slit the throat of a chicken in the courtyard of the house. A police officer told that later he woke up his elder son Avinash and brought him to the courtyard and killed him by slitting his throat. Police officers told that when the family members came to know about it, they informed the police. Later the police caught Kamlesh and sent the child’s body for post-mortem. He told that according to the preliminary information, Kamlesh’s mental condition is not good. Police is investigating the matter.
