Mandhar. The matter of appointment of two Naib Tehsildars in sub-tehsil Saragaon under Dharsiwa tehsil of Chhattisgarh is not getting resolved. Now a complaint has been made to Raipur division commissioner. Where the commissioner has issued a memorandum to the collector on 13 May and directed to take action as per rules. But even after 10 days, no action has been taken by the collector in this matter. It should be known that one Naib Tehsildar is approved in this new tehsil office Saragaon. But two Naib Tehsildars have been appointed here.
This is the whole matter
Before the implementation of the code of conduct for the Lok Sabha elections, Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars were transferred. Due to this, Saragaon Naib Tehsildar Aman Chaturvedi was sent to Raipur Tehsil office by issuing an order to Saragaon Sub Tehsil Office Collector Finance Branch Additional Collector on 7th February. Rajendra Chandrakar was transferred to Saragaon as Naib Tehsildar from the attached District Election Office. Naib Tehsildar Rajendra Chandrakar had assumed the post in Saragaon. But Aman Chaturvedi was not relieved in Raipur tehsil. Whereas Raipur SDM did not follow the order of the Collector, on the contrary, Raipur SDM had issued an order on March 16 to divide the work between the two Naib Tehsildars.
Discrimination in division of work
Raipur SDM has given eight circles to Naib Tehsildar Aman Chaturvedi. Rajendra Chandrakar has been given three circles. While Rajendra Chandrakar has worked as Naib Tehsildar in Dharsiwa Tehsil office for one year. He has been given only three circles. Whereas there is no need for two Naib Tehsildars in this small tehsil.
