Raipur: Governor Vishwa Bhushan Harichandan was given a warm welcome at the helipad on his arrival in Bilaspur. Harichandan will attend the sixth convocation of Pandit Sundarlal Sharma Open University here.
Prominently welcomed at the helipad were Union Minister of State Tokhan Sahu, Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw, Vice Chancellor Vanshgopal Singh, Vice Chancellor ABN Bajpai along with MLA Amar Agarwal, MLA Dharamlal Kaushik, MLA Dharamjit Singh, MLA Sushant Shukla and IG Sanjeev Shukla, Collector Avneesh Sharan, SP Rajnesh Singh.
