The Uncut

Tirupati. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday said people have seen his government thrice so far but now they will see his ‘4.0 avatar’ and his aim is to make it the number one state. Naidu was sworn in as Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister for the fourth term at Keesarapalli on Wednesday.

Naidu told reporters, “You have seen 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 till now, but now you will see my 4.0 avatar. So I appeal to all the people including officers, employees and workers to work together to compensate for the loss in the last five years. Let us all work together and move forward. ” Naidu alleged that the state has lagged behind in the last five years and he will work to restore its glory. He also expressed the possibility that India will be in the first or second place in the world by 2047 and he wants to see Telugu people at the top.

Naidu said, “My goal is that by 2047, Telugu people should be number one in the world. Poverty should be eradicated as soon as possible. A state should be created where there are no poor people. Andhra Pradesh has to be made the number one state.” After offering prayers at the famous Sri Venkateswara temple in Tirumala with his family, he said, “He worships Lord Venkateswara before doing any auspicious work.”

He said, “After waking up in the morning, I pray to Venkateshwara Swamy for the prosperity of the state. Nowadays I pray to bring India to the first place in the world. Telugu people should be on top even among Indians.” Naidu said that income generation is important and ‘it should reach the poor also’, and not be ‘concentrated in only a few hands’. He said that there should be a society in which there are no poor.

The Chief Minister also said that the state government will also consider building Sri Venkateswara Swamy temples all over the world. Naidu along with his family offered prayers at the famous Sri Venkateswara temple in Tirumala on Thursday morning. During this, the Chief Minister was accompanied by his son and cabinet member Nara Lokesh.

The temple administration and priests welcomed Naidu in the traditional manner and offered him theertham (holy water) and prasad.
After offering prayers at the temple, the Chief Minister will return to Amravati in the evening and take charge at the Secretariat. After reaching the Secretariat, the Chief Minister will approve several files including Mega DSC (teacher recruitment), repeal of the Land Ownership Act and increase in welfare pension to Rs 4,000 per month. He may also approve files related to restarting ‘Anna Canteen’ and skill census.
