Jagdalpur: A fire suddenly broke out in a clothes shop located on the main road of the city and it spread rapidly. The flames were so intense that the nearby shops started catching fire. The fire caused panic in the surrounding area.
As soon as the information about the incident was received, the fire brigade team reached the spot and started trying to control the fire. During this, the fire was controlled after a lot of hard work but by then the shop had completely burnt to ashes. The fire was so fierce that a car and a moped parked outside the shop also burnt to ashes.
According to the information, a massive fire broke out in a clothes shop located on the main road of Jagdalpur city this morning. As soon as the information about the fire was received, the fire brigade team reached the spot and started controlling the fire. It took about 1 hour for the fire brigade personnel to control the fire. By then all the goods kept inside the shop were burnt to ashes. At present the damage could not be assessed. The cause of the fire is said to be a short circuit. 4 fire engines have been deployed to control the massive fire.
