Hyderabad: According to the trends of counting of votes for Lok Sabha elections in Telangana on Tuesday, the ruling Congress and BJP are leading on eight and seven Lok Sabha seats respectively.
According to the Election Commission website, Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) and All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) are leading on one seat each. Counting of votes is going on in the state since 8 am.
Elections for the 17 Lok Sabha seats of the state were held in a single phase on May 13.
