When you wake up in the morning, drink two glasses of lukewarm water. Sit in Malasana while drinking this water. Doing this clears the stomach immediately.

Do these yogasanas

1) Tadasana

To do this, stand straight on the ground and then stretch your hands upwards. During this, stand on your toes and strain them too. Do this and hold the same position for 5 minutes.

2) Triyak Tadasana

This asana has to be done just like Tadasana. All you have to do is stretch your hands and then bend to both sides. While doing this asana, hold the asana for 5 minutes on both sides.

3) Kati Chakrasana

Kati Chakrasana is a simple standing asana that involves bending the spine. To do this, stand straight with your feet together. Keep your hands and shoulders at an equal distance. Then, while inhaling, place your palms facing each other. While exhaling, keep your hands in front of you and repeat this asana by moving to both sides.
