Surguja- In village Bhainsakhar located in Surguja district of Chhattisgarh, a man killed his brother-in-law by hitting him with an axe. The suspended Patwari has killed his brother-in-law. The ex-Patwari was living with his wife and child at his in-laws’ house for about a month. Meanwhile, he killed his brother-in-law. This entire case is being reported from Sitapur police station.
